The Registrar's Office recently switched to SmartSheet for its curricular change proposal forms. We hope the new forms are easier to navigate and provide better workflow and updates - but also expect that there will be adjustments that need to be made. The new online form is based in Smartsheet. Approvals will be sent via email.
